With a string, ribbon or tape please measure snug without slack - directly above your wrist bone (on the wrist you are going to wear it on) - to determine your size wrist.
(please measure your wrist, not another bracelet.) This measurement allows us to create a bracelet with slack in it, so that it comfortably fits your wrist loosely and dangles.
Several sizes may fit one person, depending on how you like to wear it. Some women like it tighter (like a cuff), but most prefer it looser (like a bangle).
If for some reason your wrap bracelet arrives and is a bit loose you can try tying a knot into the leather at one or both ends of the strands.

Returns are processed after quality inspection to confirm that the piece is returned in its original condition. Refunds can take up to 10 days to process. Custom orders (engravables) are final sale.
We will gladly re-make your item or send you a gift card for the refund amount to put towards a future purchase within the 14 day return/exchange window. Please allow 2-3 days for us to process your return upon receipt. Approximate time to craft your new piece is 5-7 days on average.
Any discount codes used for the original order are applicable to their exchange order; you will get a code for the same discount amount. Your new discount code and e-gift card will never expire.
