    Vey nice bracelet

    This is a very pretty bracelet. Four stars for me, because i did not like the adjustable band. Once tightened, the ends just stuck out. Wish it had a different clasp. I ended up returning it. I like their products so I won't have trouble finding another piece.

 Is a signature required for delivery?

  • We usually do not require a signature for delivery. 
  • If you would like us to require signature, please let us know when you place your order, in the COMMENTS SECTION of the order. Or email us at customerservice@lizzyjames.com after you place your order – include your order number - and we will make sure a signature is required for delivery.

Do I have to be home?

  • We ship our packages with US Postal Service and you do not have to be home to receive your delivery. 
  • Our packages are usually delivered together with your regular US mail service.
  • If you have experienced delivery issues in the past we recommend you be home

    What if a tracking # shows the package has been delivered?

    If the US POSTAL SERVICE tracking number shows it was delivered to your address, then there is very little we can do at that point.

    Their scan 'proves' that they delivered it to your address.

    Here are several suggestions that we have found to be very helpful in locating missing packages:
    • Is it possible someone else in your household forgot to tell you it arrived? 9 times out of 10 this is the case.
    • Have you spoken to your mail carrier person? They had to scan the package when they delivered it, so it’s possible he/she will remember something about the package. 
    • For example, sometimes he/she will place a package somewhere other than in your mailbox if it won’t fit (usually behind a plant, patio furniture, etc.). Or they may have accidentally delivered it to a neighbor.
    • If you aren’t able to speak to him/her directly, we recommend leaving a note in your mailbox with the tracking number and tell them it was shipped in a white padded envelope.
    • Have you checked to see if a neighbor received your package by mistake?
    • If by some chance your delivery person isn’t able to clarify and you aren’t able to locate your package with a neighbor, you may open an investigation by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). Your inquiry will then be routed to your local post office where they will research the delivery of your package.
    • If the scan shows it was delivered to your address, it means we met our responsibility to you. In that case we are not able to provide refunds (or we will go out of business!!).

    What if I entered the wrong Ship To address?

    Please let us know! If it hasn't shipped yet, we can change the shipping address. 
    If it has shipped we will need to wait for it to return to us. When we receive it back, we reship it to the correct shipping address.

    Since the first time we ship your order it is free, there is a fee of $6 to reship to the correct address.

    This can be paid via a credit card by email or by calling customer service, OR directly to our Paypal account to: lizzy@lizzyjames.com.

    Yes - We ship to many countries all over the world!
    All international orders are shipped via your local mail carrier.
    Orders may be subject to fees, taxes and customs duties.  Customer is responsible for these charges.

    Please be advised international shipments are subject to clearance procedures, which can cause delaysbeyond original delivery estimates.

    Process: To initiate a replacement, please contact our customer service team with your order details and a brief explanation of the issue. Our team will guide you through the replacement process.

    Timeframe: You can request a replacement within 30 days of receiving your item. We encourage you to inspect your items upon delivery to ensure satisfaction.

    Condition: While we aim to replace any item, we ask that returned items be in their original packaging. This helps us process your replacement efficiently.

    Shipping Costs: Lizzy James and LEAHJESSICA  will cover the shipping costs for all replacements to ensure a hassle-free experience.

    Process:

    • STEP 1 Contact us via email at customerservice@lizzyjames.com within 14 days of receipt of your order to obtain an Exchange RMA. In your email, please include your order number/receipt.
    • STEP 2  Please mail your piece(s) to us at: Lizzy James, 18029 Calle Ambiente - Suite 514, Rancho Santa Fe, CA 92091. Include the RMA number in your package.
    • STEP 3  Upon receipt, we will issue you a Lizzy James Gift Card 
    • Please do not send your Return without obtaining RMA approval, as it will delay the exchange process.

    Engravables:

    • Engravable bracelets may be exchanged for a different size or color only.

      Exchange processing time:

      • Please allow 2-3 days for us to process your return upon receipt
      • Approximate time to craft your new piece is 5-7 days on average 

      How the Gift Card Exchange Works:

      • Any discount codes used for the original order are applicable to their exchange order; you will get a code for the same discount amount. 
      • You can place your new exchange order for a new size/color/style once the e-gift card is received.  Your new discount code and e-gift card will never expire.
      • You are able to enter BOTH the e-gift card and discount code during check out; both will be accepted.
      • Your new pieces will be produced in approx 5-7 days from when the exchange order is placed (or shorter, if shipping is expedited).

      Returns:

      • Please be fair to us and remember that we only accept a return that is in the original new condition.
      • We cannot accept an exchange if it doesn’t meet these basic requirements.


      Refunds:

      • In the unlikely event of a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item at customerservice@lizzyjames.com or by phone at 877-554-1215.
